Introducing the "Non-explosive Fragmentation Agent Method." Non-explosive fragmentation agents, unlike explosives, break rock and concrete using the expansion pressure from a thermite reaction. They are not subject to the Explosives Control Law, allowing for easier handling in terms of storage and usage compared to explosives.
